Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Lead Booster (“Service”), a Google Sheets extension provided by Kiril Gichevski (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Description of Service
Lead Booster optimizes and formats lead lists directly within Google Sheets to enhance workflows for lead generation and data management.
- Subscription Access: Upon subscribing, you will receive immediate access to the tool.
- Free Trial: A 2-day free trial is provided to evaluate the Service before billing begins.
You are responsible for installing and accessing the tool as outlined in Section 5.

Subscriptions and Billing
3.1 Free Trial
- New users receive a 2-day free trial upon registration.
- At the end of the trial, the subscription automatically converts to a paid plan unless canceled before the trial ends.
- You must cancel your trial through the subscription dashboard before the trial ends to avoid charges. Failure to do so constitutes acceptance of the paid subscription. No refunds will be provided for failure to cancel on time.
3.2 Payment and Billing
- All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
- By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for recurring payments based on the selected billing cycle (monthly or annual).
3.3 Subscription Management
- To cancel or manage your subscription, use the “Manage My Subscription” option within the tool’s sidebar or visit our cancellation portal here: Manage My Subscription.
Important:
- You must cancel before the next billing cycle begins.
- By completing your purchase, you accept responsibility for correctly installing and configuring the tool. Failure to install or configure the tool as instructed does not entitle you to a refund.

Refund Policy
All payments, including monthly and annual subscriptions, are final and non-refundable.
4.1 Cancellation Responsibility
- It is solely your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
- Instructions for cancellation are provided in Section 3.3.
Refunds will only be processed if:
- You canceled before the renewal date, and
- You emailed support@leadbooster.dev with confirmation evidence.
4.2 Chargebacks and Disputes
- You must contact us first at support@leadbooster.dev to resolve any billing issues.
- Filing a chargeback without prior communication violates these Terms and the Refund Policy. We will contest all chargebacks with evidence, which may include subscription logs, billing history, and usage records.
- If a chargeback is successfully disputed, any refund eligibility is forfeited, and access to the tool will be terminated immediately.

Access and Installation Responsibility
To access and use the Service, you must:
- Install Lead Booster via the Google Workspace Marketplace: Install Here
OR
- Go to Google Sheets → Extensions → Add-ons → Get Add-ons → Search “Lead Booster” → Install.
Installation Requirements:
- Use the same email address registered with your Lead Booster subscription.
Upon payment or trial activation, you will be redirected to www.leadbooster.dev/success, which includes:
- Step-by-step instructions.
- A video walkthrough for installing and using the tool.
User Responsibility:
- You must follow the provided installation instructions.
- If you experience issues, contact our support team immediately at support@leadbooster.dev.
- Failure to configure or access the tool due to personal technical issues or oversight does not warrant a refund or cancellation of charges.

User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the Service lawfully and responsibly.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Refrain from any misuse of the Service, including but not limited to:
  - Unauthorized access attempts.
  - Data scraping or mining.
  - Interference with the Service’s functionality.

Data Retention and Deletion
7.1 Retention
- We retain Google user data only as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes.
- Typical retention period is 12 months, unless a longer period is legally required.
7.2 Deletion
- You may request the deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@leadbooster.dev.
- Your data will be deleted within 10 days, unless we are legally required to retain it.

Intellectual Property
All content, tools, and software associated with Lead Booster are the exclusive property of Kiril Gichevski. You may not resell, distribute, or reverse-engineer the Service without our express written consent.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
9.1 Service “As-Is”
- Lead Booster is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9.2 Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or service interruptions.
- You assume sole responsibility for any results, data, or outcomes generated by using the Service.

Privacy Policy
Your use of Lead Booster is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.

We may update these Terms at any time.
Revisions will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of the Service after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Lead Booster at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
