To maintain the integrity of our service and ensure fair terms for all users, this Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are provided, as well as user responsibilities regarding subscription management.

By purchasing or subscribing to Lead Booster, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. No Refund Policy

All payments for Lead Booster subscriptions (monthly or annual plans) are final and non-refundable.

• We do not provide refunds, partial refunds, or credits for unused time on subscriptions.

• Users are responsible for managing and canceling their subscriptions before renewal dates.

This policy ensures fairness by maintaining consistency for all users. By subscribing, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and understood this policy.

2. Free Trial Responsibility

Lead Booster offers a 2-day free trial to allow you to evaluate the tool before purchasing.

• During the trial, you can cancel at any time through your subscription dashboard: Manage My Subscription.

• Failure to cancel within the 48-hour trial period will result in an automatic conversion to a paid plan, and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee.

• Users are solely responsible for canceling through the dashboard to avoid charges.

• No refunds will be provided for failure to cancel during the trial period.

3. How to Cancel Your Subscription

To avoid future charges, you must cancel your subscription before your next billing date.

How to Cancel:

1. Via Lead Booster Sidebar

   • Log in to Lead Booster, open the sidebar, and click “Manage My Subscription.”

2. Direct Link

   • Visit Manage My Subscription directly here: Manage My Subscription (example link)

If you experience any issues, please email us at support@leadbooster.dev for assistance.

Important:

• Failing to cancel on time does not entitle you to a refund.

• The responsibility to cancel rests solely on you, the user.

4. Access Responsibility

Upon starting your free trial or paid subscription, you will be redirected to a success page at:
www.leadbooster.dev/success

On this page, you will find:

• A video with step-by-step instructions for installing and using Lead Booster.

• Alternatively, you can install it via the Google Workspace Marketplace.

If you cannot access the tool:

• Follow the installation instructions carefully, ensuring you use the same email address you signed up with.

• Contact us at support@leadbooster.dev if issues persist.

Note:
Failure to resolve access issues by following these steps does not qualify you for a refund.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you experience a billing issue, you must contact us first at support@leadbooster.dev.

Important:

• Filing a chargeback without first reaching out to us violates this Refund Policy.

• We will dispute all chargebacks with evidence, including:

  • Subscription status and billing history.

  • Access logs and timestamps of tool usage.

  • Communication records (or lack thereof) regarding cancellation or access issues.

If a chargeback is successfully disputed:

• Your eligibility for any refund is forfeited.

• Your access to Lead Booster will be immediately terminated.

6. Exceptions to the Refund Policy

We may process a refund only if:

1. You canceled your subscription before your renewal date and

2. You emailed us at support@leadbooster.dev to confirm cancellation, yet

3. You were still charged after completing the above steps.

How to Request a Refund Exception:

• Email support@leadbooster.dev within 7 days of the charge.

• Provide supporting evidence, such as a screenshot of your cancellation confirmation.

• Once verified, we will process the refund to your original payment method.

7. Acknowledgment

By subscribing to Lead Booster, you:

• Confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.

• Acknowledge that refunds are not provided except under the explicit exceptions outlined above.

• Agree to take responsibility for managing and canceling your subscription before renewal dates.

Continuing your subscription beyond the free trial indicates your acceptance of the terms in this Refund Policy.
